1. Honest promotion
You must promote Media Mate honestly. Misleading ads, fake claims, spam, or deceptive landing pages are not allowed. Do not present illustrative earnings (including “up to 1000 USDT per day”) as guaranteed income. Use clear disclosure when you share affiliate links (for example that you may earn a commission).
2. No self-affiliating or fraud
You may not use your own link to buy for yourself, family accounts you control, or shell accounts created to collect commission. Fake orders, chargebacks arranged for commission, coupon abuse, and similar schemes are prohibited.
3. No VPN / proxy abuse
Using VPNs, proxies, or IP masking to hide self-purchases, fake traffic, or multi-accounting is not allowed. Suspicious patterns may trigger a review.
4. Suspension & frozen balance
If we suspect a policy violation, your affiliate account may be suspended and your available balance frozen until investigation is complete. Confirmed fraud may lead to permanent suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. We may reverse commissions tied to fraudulent or cancelled orders.
5. Commission on first paid order only
Commission is paid on a referred customer's first successful paid order attributed to your link. Renewals, upgrades, and any later orders from that same customer are not included in your affiliate earnings. Tracking for rank (unique purchasing friends) still counts each unique customer once.
6. Paid orders only
Clicks, visits, and unpaid checkouts never earn commission. Only completed paid purchases qualify, subject to these policies and fraud checks.
7. Cookie & attribution window
Referrals are attributed through your unique link and cookie window as configured in the program settings. If a customer clears cookies, uses another device, or arrives through a different affiliate, attribution may change. We are not responsible for lost tracking outside normal cookie behavior.
8. Brand & trademark use
Do not impersonate Media Mate support or claim to be an official employee. Do not use trademarked channel or league names in a way that implies partnership with those brands. Keep creatives respectful and accurate.
9. Prohibited traffic sources
No incentivized click farms, bot traffic, malware, phishing, or paid ads that violate platform rules. Coupon / deal sites are allowed only if the offer is truthful and approved terms are followed.
10. Payouts — crypto only (for now)
Cash commissions will be paid by direct bank transfer (soon). Until bank payouts open, you may still request cryptocurrency (supported networks shown in your payout form) or IPTV line credit where enabled. For crypto, you are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network. Wrong network or address may result in irreversible loss; Media Mate is not liable for user input errors.
11. Minimum payout & schedule
You can request a payout once your available balance reaches at least $25 (or the minimum shown in the portal). Submitted requests are marked pending and are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Only one pending request is allowed at a time. Processing may take longer during reviews or high volume.
12. Chargebacks & refunds
If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, related commission may be deducted from your balance or withheld from future payouts.
13. Account responsibility
Keep your login secure. Activity on your affiliate account is your responsibility. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
15. Earnings claims — up to 1000 USDT per day
Program marketing may state that affiliates can earn up to 1000 USDT per day. That figure is an illustrative maximum based on high referral volume at the top commission rate (up to 40% of each sale on a referred customer's first paid order). It is not a guaranteed income. Actual results depend on how many customers buy through your link, which plans they choose, your current rank rate, refunds or chargebacks, and compliance with these policies. Do not advertise fixed or guaranteed daily earnings.
16. Changes to the program
Commission rates, ranks, payout methods, and these policies may be updated. Continued use of the portal after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
